The China-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented its new Board of Directors

The China-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCICV) held the presentation ceremony of its new Board of Directors on September 12 in Caracas, bringing together representatives of Chinese and Venezuelan companies, members of the diplomatic corps and media outlets.

The new Board is led by Jiang Wangbing as President of the Chamber and Ángel Ernesto Freytez as Executive President, with Yorselis Urdaneta as Comptroller. The General Secretariats are headed by Ma Xiaoli (Chinese side) and Dester Abraham Rodríguez Godoy (Venezuelan side), alongside sixteen sectoral vice-presidencies covering oil, electricity, infrastructure, electronic information, agriculture, fisheries and cultural exchange, among others.

The ceremony introduced the Chamber's governance structure — a joint 56-member Decision Council with 28 Chinese and 28 Venezuelan representatives — and its Council member entities, including SANY, CRRC, Foton Motor, Southeast Group, CNPC and OPPO.

The event also featured the Chamber's digital platform: membership with document-by-document company verification, publicly verifiable QR-coded certificates and digital event credentials — the same credentials worn by attendees that evening.
